At Goldsboro Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.
Secure Packaging
Place the unworn items with all original designer tags attached back into the original shipping box to ensure protection during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our quality team.
